How the CRA works
- An alarm goes off. The siren begins to sound loud to deter the intruder, alert neighbors and inform the owner that the CRA will have access to view the installed cameras
- The security system sends a notification to the user alerting them of what has happened and another to the CRA
- The CRA verifies the alarm jump to act accordingly
- If the CRA deems it appropriate, it should call the relevant authorities so that they can move quickly to the scene of the incident. The alarm owner will also be notified.
For now, Trablisa does not offer the Acuda service in the province of Girona.
